There is a study called “The 3.5% Rule.” It states that if 3.5% of the population takes action, society can be changed. RE:ACTION looks at this theory from a slightly different angle. It is difficult to move 3.5% of 8 billion people, or roughly 280 million people, to dedicate their entire lives to social change.
But what about 8 billion people spending 3.5% of their daily lives, around 6 hours a week, trying to create change in their own way? This seems much more realistic, doesn’t it??
This is how RE:ACTION was born: through a new way of thinking, a new philosophy, and a new movement to reidentify (= RE:) social action (= ACTION). Everyone and anyone can approach social change through things they like, what they enjoy, passions, admirations, inspirations, and even lifetime goals. This is a place where such people, companies, organizations and projects gather. Together we can make the world a better place.
